Conditions Prices: All tour costs listed in the tour brochure are in Australian Dollars and are quoted per person. Prices and itineraries are based on current arrangements with the service providers and are subject to change with or without notice. Deposit: A deposit of $A200.00 per person is payable to Dowling-Kim Pty. Ltd. within seven days of confirmation of your holiday. Balance of Payment: The balance of the holiday cost is payable 45 days prior to departure. Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation the following levies will apply: Notice received 45 days or more $50 per person 30 - 44 days $150 per person 14 - 29 days 40% per person 7 - 13 days 60% per person 1 - 6 days 80% per person No refund will be made if you fail to join the tour on the departure date. No refund can be made in respect of accommodation or any other services that are included in holiday prices and not utilized by the passenger. Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance cover for health, baggage and personal effects, loss of monies through cancellation, additional expenses incurred through illness and personal liability prior to travel. Responsibility: Korea Discovery Tours and/or Associated Agents give notice that all tickets and all arrangements for transport or conveyance, or for accommodation are run by them as Agents upon the express condition that they will not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason or any defect in any vehicle, or through arrangements of the tour(s) or otherwise in connection therewith, or of any accommodation proprietor or servant. Korea Discovery Tours and/or Associated Agents accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delays or changes in train, motor, air or other services, sickness, weather, strikes or other causes. All such losses will have to be borne by the passenger. No refunds will be made for services provided but not utilized. Accommodation: Accommodation is based on a four-share basis or as stated in the tour brochure. If you prefer not to share, additional cost will be added. We will preferentially arrange accommodation in Seoul at the Eastern Social Welfare Society. We will contact ESWS once you confirm your tour booking by payment of the required deposit. Accommodation in Seoul at Eastern Social Welfare Society is not guaranteed. If rooms are not available at ESWS, we will book alternate accommodation. Upgrades: Upgrade to Hotel accommodation and/or Business Class Airline ticket available at additional cost. Itinerary: The tour itinerary may vary according to booking numbers and may be subject to change without prior notice. Airfares: Airfares are included within the tour package and air tickets are only issued on receipt of full payment of the tour price. Once ticketed, airfares are non-refundable as per airline conditions. Changes or amendments to flight arrangements may not be possible. Where changes or amendments are possible, they will incur a fee. Tour Costs Include: Return airfare from Australia to Korea, all itinerary travel, all accommodation costs and admission fees as shown in the itinerary. Tour Costs do not include: Meals, Airport Departure Tax, any optional activity mentioned in the brochure. Tour Luggage Limits: Each passenger is entitled to take one suitcase - with the sum of its length, width and depth not to exceed 140cm (56 inches). Weight limit 20 kilos (44lbs). Personal items such as cameras, etc. should be carried in your free travel bag on board the vehicle. Baggage over the prescribed limit cannot be carried.
