Week 18 - actually there is no week 18. I found the remains of the napkin with the notes from week 18 when I went to hang out the washing. The Washing machine had reduced the napkin into a thousand soggy pieces of paper. The spin cycle had plastered those pieces to pillow cases, towels and fleecy sweatshirts.
